A Fence family staple, this deliciously disgusting sandwich can really only be consumed once a year. Despite its strange flavor profile, it’s actually quite tasty and a pretty good hangover cure. Here’s how to make some.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
4 slices good quality white bread
4 slices bologna
2 tbsp butter, plus extra for bread
2 tbsp peanut butter, divided
Toast the bread slices and butter them.
Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the bologna slices in batches until they firm up and just begin to brown. Remove to a paper towel to drain off excess grease.
Spread 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter on each slice of toast. Create sandwiches with two slices of the fried bologna on each, and call a personal trainer to whip your ass back into shape.

I’ve been eating peanut butter and bologna since I was a kid! I get so many looks of disgust but hey, sweet n salty. Love that it is your family traditional. Where do y’all come from? We are from the Midwest.
Peanut butter is the greatest… Stoners delight!!
